Good idea
They work great for labeling cable jacks. You can put them on soldered cables no need to desolder. Just unscrew the front of the jack and put the ring between the plastic and metal part. This works only for straight Neutrik jacks. On angled ones you need to desolder cable.
It would be great if this were sold in packets of 10 - 5 colors - 2 of each color.
These are hard to find in stores I'm happy to find them here.

Beautiful colour
I am using these colour rings for my guitar cables. I have 4 cables going from my pedalboard to the amp (2 for FX loop, one for the main Input and one for the Footswitch) so it is a lot easier for me to keep them together in a flex hose, but the nighmare is which is what. This is when these colour rings save the day. They can not fall off the plug, very easy to see in the dark and great colour.

Very good.
Very good.
Color is good, quality good, anti-spaghetti and fast shipping.
In the old days we used only tape, but this works so much better
because you instantly know what cable to pull and it looks very good.
Use this for mixer, interface, FX, x-over, amps, etc.
Use this in studio, on-stage, etc.
Nothing wrong with this color-code, very happy.
