Genialer Midi-Controller
Was für ein herausragender Midi-Controller! Habe lange nach einem Controller gesucht, der Klarnamen-Beschriftung hat mit 64 Encodern (2 Layer) plus Taster und Fader, um solche menülastigen Module wie das Disting EX im Eurorack zu steuern. Der Drop tut das mit viel Feedback (Display, LED-Kränze) und vier dedizierten Midi-Ausgängen. Auch sehr genial: der MIDI – Monitor, so dass immer klar ist, ob und wo Signale ankommen und rausgehen. Das alleine rechtfertigt den Preis aus meiner Sicht und dann kommen ja noch die Snapshot-Möglichkeiten und das sehr coole Design dazu.
Support ist sehr reaktiv und nah am Kunden.
Einziger Wermutstropfen (Jammern auf hohem Niveau! ) : Wer mehr als zwei CV-Ausgänge oder den Bereich von - 5V bis +5V benötigt, braucht noch ein MIDI zu CV Modul.

Le nouveau cerveau de mon setup
J'adore ce contrôleur !
J'avoue qu'il faut du temps pour le paramétrer et comprendre le fonctionnement mais c'est un peu le revers de la médaille tellement il offre de possibilités.
Il contrôle mon Digitone 2 et mon Tonverk. Avec je mute/active mes pistes, contrôle les effets et paramètres de mes pistes et surtout j'ai la possibilité de créer des macros (comme des scènes) afin de créer des transitions entre mes patterns et des drops.
C'est vraiment le contrôleur qui me manquait depuis longtemps.

One of the BEST !
So much flexibility on this controller. Definitely a must in a studio environment and perfect in a live config. I recommend :)

NEUZEIT DROP IS WONDERFULL
the drop is so fine to use, the quality is really pro.
the machine feels like an instrument and helps me to organise my studio with ease, the drop function alouds me te play and even to record later without using software to make a song.

Eine wirklich geniale Maschine
Was Neuzeit mit dem Drop da geschaffen hat ist einfach grandios. Ich setze es in einem hybriden Setting mit Bitwig, einem Oxi One, einem Leviasynth und einem modularen System ein. Und was soll ich sagen... alle haben recht: Es IST das missing piece. Ich kann mir gar nicht mehr vorstellen, was ich ohne machen würde. Eine absolute 100%ige Kaufempfehlung.

Top notch quality and functionality
Build quality is perfect, it’s bulky and sturdy
Then about the functionality, it is the best we can found out there for a MIDI controller
Maybe the next generation would have motorized rectiline faders, but that would increase the price too much !
