Reliable and easy to use
Ash87 08.02.2024
I've had this wireless system for a few months now and it's not let me down so far. There have been no issues with interference, even when using an active bass, which I suspect is where the 5.8ghz frequency helps.

The carry case which doubles as a charger you can use on the go is also super handy if you forget to charge the transmitter and receiver before heading out. I've been able to use the system for 3-4 hours before the charge finally ran out - plenty for pretty much any gig.

The kit is also super easy to use - plug the transmitter and receiver into the respective inputs, press the button on the side of each unit until the lights turn green and away you go.

I was sceptical of purchasing a wireless kit for what is overall not a lot of money as they have a reputation for being of poor quality unless you spend a decent amount, however I've been pleasantly surprised by the Nux C-5RC and would replace it in a heartbeat if it was ever stolen. I don't go crazy with moving all over a stage but not having to worry about tripping over cables means I can focus on playing.

Highly recommended.

Great but minor issues!
Ewl1 21.11.2025
This review is based on the experience after approximately 2 months of use (let's say 20 separate occations: 2 live events, 12 band rehearsals & 6 "playing at home...")

The product seems to work as intended, no problems with drop outs yet. Tested in a sold out small venue with ~100 people capacity, 2 active WiFi systems. I would have tested it during a bigger show at a slithly larger venue (~300-400 capacity) but there seems to seems to be some kind of battery issue with the receiver part, it refuses to get charge up, so I think I have to send it back for a replacement.

Pros:
- Comes with its own case that also is a power bank.
- Can be charged either directly or through the case.
- Easy to set up / start.
- Turns itself off (TX 10min, RX 20min) if you forget it on.
- Latency is low enough.

Cons:
- Would benefit from a separate "battery led". My biggest concern with battery dependant equipment is battery life/status. As it is now the same led is responsible for indicating connectivity, battery life, mute and "cable tone". It can get a little confusing, especially since the some colors are used for multiple things. And what if you're color blind? I'm not but...

Conclusion:
Seems to be a working product, my RX-part seems to have an issue with charging up might have to be replaced, but I must test it some more. The Nux C-5RC occupies some sort of sweet spot between cheap garbage and prohibitly expensive stuff (hobbyist). If lost or stolen I would probably consider buying it again.

Works like a charm.

Greit wireless guitar interface. No noticeable latency, good and clean signal, no more messing with guitar cables (and no more ground loops and humming). Plus it comes with a case with it's own built in power bank for changing the units.

Worse the money? Yes.

For this amount - fantastic piece of gear. Pricy enough to trust this one over other cheaper ones.

Stable, lag free connection with great range
Ramse1 14.06.2024
I’ve used the NU-X C-5RC for a few weeks now, and I haven’t had a single problem so far. There’s no noticeable lag, and I haven’t experienced any drops in connection. They are not cheap compared to other similar products, but none of those products comes with a great carrying case with the charger built in. This definitely sets this product apart from the rest.

Game changer!!

I've been gigging these a while now and they are brilliant. Swapping guitars while playing is easier. Having a walk during sound check is great. Literally plug and play. I will buy some more of these.

Blown away!
Rocky_L 26.09.2024
I am writing this review 1 year later, and I can surely say that is a great wireless system.
I'm using it live, every week for at least 2 shows, and hasn't failed me once.
Even in a band with 3 IEM's, 6 wireless microphones, and a backup HB wireless on a same 5ghz frequency. Not a drop of signal. And the sound is fantastic. No volume difference with the cable compared, no compression. I'm feeling free on the stage, and can walk around the venues with no problems. Comes with a case, which is also a rechargable power station for these units.

Wounderful technology, beautifully packed, easy to use, but latency... I even feel it in my room next to the gear. Too much latency!

Amazing Product!
Pobtastic 15.06.2025
I got these on a bit of a whim, as a ukulele player I rarely plug into an amp - but I don’t think I was quite prepared how handy these plugs are! The charge for the case last for ages, and keeps the plugs charged well. I’m not noticing any lag at all, and they feel sturdy - and work great!

If they went wrong for any reason, I’d probably replace them with exactly the same ones.
