Awesome Board
nemo1ner 04.11.2018
This board is perfect for those who gig frequently or tour, but want something more compact.

PROS: The board allows you to mount your power supply under it so you have more real estate, but still manages to keep a low profile. I have a Voodoo Labs Power Plus 2 supply mounted beneath it with no clearance issues. It has a small footprint, but it can pack a lot of pedals on it. I currently have mounted: Moen GEC9 Switcher, Boss DD7 Delay, Boss RC3 Looper, Boss CE1 Chorus, EHX Oceans 11 Reverb, Spark Mini, Electrofoods Germ Warfare, ZVex Fuzz Factory, and a Polytune. That's quite a lot for a 40cm board. The bag is slightly oversized, which allows you to store all of your fx loop, amp, and guitar cabling with no issues, and the pocket can store a set of small tools, strings, patch cables, and any extra parts you may need.

CONS: The velcro used on the board and the bag handle is not the best of quality. But those are minor inconveniences and don't really affect its operation.

You can't really go wrong with this for the price. Definitely recommended.

Excellent Pedalboard - weak tape
Mudshark419 25.07.2020
This is a really good piece of kit, and comes with a very useful set of accessories.

Mine is currently holding 3 Boss-sized pedals, one amp footswitch (2 switches, about the size of most double pedals) and four mini-sized pedals, and that's about as much as it'll hold.

Your power supply can be bungee'd neatly under the board with the provided elastic, and it comes with way more hook-and-loop tape than you'll need, but the adhesive that attaches it to the pedals isn't as strong as the hook-and-loop and tends to peel off if you try and move the pedals around - it's probably worth finding some different stuff.

The carry case is great - it allows you plenty of room to drop the board in fully loaded, and even put a big reel of cables on top in the main compartment, leaving the external pocket free for whatever else you need.

Solid board if it fits with the default setting
RestlessKea 09.01.2022
As long as you do not want to change the alignment of the bars this piece is solid. However, once you unscrewed the bars it will be really difficult to put the screws back in because the holes in the bars do not perfectly align with the screw threads. Its nice this package includes a bag but its more of a dust protector than anything else.

Sturdy and compact pedal board
a voice from the back row 09.01.2022
This is my first pedal board, so can't really compare it to anything else, but I am happy with it so far.

One piece of information I did not find anywhere: the size of the power supply compartment is around 20.5 x 8.5 cm, ground clearance is around 5 cm, and the power supply sits in a recess around 1.5 cm deep. This means that the crossbars block around 1.5 cm on the front and back of the power supply, which can get in the way when connecting cables. I had to put additional padding under the power supply to make the AC connection visible.

I also had to move a crossbar to make the power supply fit (Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 3), and the reason I gave 4 stars for handling is that this was quite difficult. The construction is very tight, and I had to stretch the metal side bars outwards to align all the holes while screwing things back together. Hope I won't have to do it again.

Simple, sturdy, does its job.
Zenn 07.04.2022
Can't go wrong with this. It does what it's supposed to. And it fits a power unit underneath neatly.
No complaints. Nice soft carry case.

Great Value!
Anonymous 25.05.2016
It's almost two years now since I started using and gigging this relatively small pedalboard.

I get it out at least once a week, still looks as new, both the robust and sturdy bag and the pedalboard itself.

I chose this size 'cause it perfectly fits my needs; I've got five pedals velcroed to it: an OC2, a Pitch-black tuner, a Markbass Compressore, a deluxe bass Big Muff and a BF3, plus the power supply (the excellent Power Plant Junior) which I keep on top of the board but could well be placed underneath, with the apposite rubber bands.

It's a fast, easy and safe way to bring my setup with me.
Thumbs up!

Perfect
Ales A. 12.08.2014
Very light and still very sturdy board, quality made and it has a professional stage look. It's ideal for 8 efects and the surface comes alreday velcroed which is great. It enables you the arrangement of pedals clean and tidy as you can guide and tie the cables underneath the board. The possibility of changing the middle crossbars position is unnecessary IMO, for the esthetic point of view and because it will suit most pedals as it is. The bag is very well made too with good padding and convinient to carry as it has a shoulder strap attached and is much lighter then a hardcase. Recommended!

Pedalboard: Palmer Pedalbay 40: Best bang for the buck!
tom geerits 19.08.2016
I bought this pedalboard because I wanted a small pedalboard that was tilted and not too expensive like other brands.
The pedalboard is sturdy and light. I managed to put a mxr iso brick power supply underneath it so most power supplies will probably fit.
The bag you get with it is pretty good, I can put 2 cables of 6 meters and 2 power adaptors in the pocket of the bag with still a little bit of space left.
First con: The bag isn't hardened at the sides so even though the top and bottom of the bag are pretty protective (it seems like the strength of a piece of cardboard), you can't put to much weight on the bag because the weight directly rests at the pedals themselves. This is not a big issue to me, the bag still offers good protection if you don't abuse it.
Second con: everything from the pedalboard is great quality except for the velcro: It unravels slightly at some points but once you removed the unraveled pieces it looks like there wasn't something bad about it so not really a problem.

My review
ArsGuitarist 27.01.2021
The product is convenient to use, it is possible to attach pedals using special petals. I liked that you can adjust the angle of inclination.
Of the disadvantages, I noticed that a rather poor-quality bag, because after a few weeks threads from it went out and began to wear out quickly.
Overall I am satisfied with the product.

I use this board for everything, basically every gig I do a take this board with me.
It is very easy to carry arround, the soft case is amazing and practical.
You can fit a lot of pedals in the board, although it may seem small, you can fit up to 8/9 pedals in it.
The board itself is very well built, the height adjusting feature works great and its very lightweight.
The only negative point, in my perception, would be the fact that it come with the velcro already glued, but that's more of a personal opinion, because I prefer to "install" the velcro by myself.
All summed up, I'd say this is a really good pedalboard, it will definitely help you to be more organized, and you'll be able to take it with you on the road, saving you a lot of space!
