Excellent look
Before I add it to my basket, I had doubts about it because of the price tag. It totally worths for the price.
Pros:
Good quality and it's better than it looks on the pictures. It also comes with it's hex key.
Cons:
Instead of using hex key for tightening it up, it could have been a normal flat headed screws. Hex keys are tend to damaged easier than normal screws.
Anyway, hex keys are not deal breaker for me and I'm very satisfied. I recommend this to the others.

very shiny, very heavy
Very good bling. Very 'gold', very shiny and the abalone is stunning. I do not know what metal they are made from but they are extremely heavy.
Unlike the Q-Parts mini version, which sits too high off the surface of the guitar, these permit the potentiometer washer and nut to be hidden up under its lower 'skirt' to a greater degree, thereby reducing the gap between knob and surface and looking less stupid and unsightly.
However, the lower 'skirt' could even be another millimetre or two longer, so one star removed.

King of Knobs
The Dome potiknob by Q-Parts is a beautifully made knob. The golden look is stunning and the abalone inlay is great. The size is perfect to adjust volumes, tones etc very quickly and securely. It installs very easy and quick, comes with an Allan Key and is ready to go. I can't see any contras here... that depends on taste I guess. I have it on one of my Kramer Baretta.

Deeply Sexy
I bought a new Ibanez bass with beautiful gold trim but the volume blender pots were just bad black plastic. But it , as I said, had gold metal work and abalone inlays on the neck. so I had to get these. I like them very much. My wife thinks I ought to grow up. But my bass loves me more

Very nice upgrade for your guitar
I thought my guitar with factory settings looked a bit dull so I wanted add some bling. The gold abalone nobs look very nice in my guitar. On the side the is a hole for tighten the nob but no screw or i had lost them. But it was easy to widen the potentiometer head to fit these nobs.

1 good, 1 bad
These are beautiful and of good quality but sadly I got one with Abalone finish that has a clear, straight line in the middle and the colour is night and day. The colour change ruins it for me. It looks like a different stone/colour all together. Thomann could have easily checked this and sent 2 matching knobs. Now starts the hassle of returning this small item and waiting weeks for a new one. Not satisfying.
