Great as a practice pad

I bought this as a practice pad because everything else I tried was really loud. It is very expensive but it was worth it. It is a bit bouncy but it is fine to practice on. I can practice late into the evening without bothering everyone in my house. I don't live in an apartment so I can't comment on how noisy it is below but I'd imagine you'd want a noise eater too. Very happy with it as a practice pad but never tried it with an e-kit

Ein enormes Upgrade zu KD-10

Ich bin Recht zufällig auf die Kickdrum gestoßen, da man im Netz relativ wenig Reviews / Clips hierzu findet.

Da ich in einer Mietwohnung lebe und langsam anfange Doublebass zu spielen, war die bisherige Kickdrum KD-10 einfach viel zu laut.

Die neue Kickdrum ist von meinem Gefühl her 70% leiser wie die KD-10!!! Einfach brutal, was das Ding absorbiert. Ich nutze auch nicht die quiet Beater sondern meine regulären Beater von Tama.

Von der Spielbarkeit geht es noch mehr in Richtung akustisches Set, da die Fellspannung etwas geringer ist und man den Beater mehr reindrücken kann.

Bisher hatte ich auch keine Probleme beim Verrutschen, da das Gerät auch ordentlich was wiegt.

Alles in allem würde ich 4,5 von 5 Sternen geben. Der Abzug liegt nur wegen happigen Preis von 600,00€.

Für mich war die Investition meinen Nachbarn zu liebe, gerechtfertigt.
