This is a must-have!
Kevzot 28.05.2019
Been playing live for a while now and isn't it a pain to get home late with both ears ringing and not hearing anything? Well, not anymore!
I paired this system with the Shure se425, great combo. I can now walk wherever on stage and still hear the whole band, no problems.
Using this is very easy, super-simple interface, you can't really mess anything up.
Having a system like this gives you freedom on stage so you can focus on the performance and not on if you're going to be deaf when you get home.

P
Excellent Wireless IEM system
Philip76414 08.12.2019
This was a replacement purchase from when my last one was stolen.

I have been using this in small pubs, clubs and a few larger venues and festivals and never had an issue with signal or sound quality.

I have mine in a rack with my bass amp.

Features I really like:

- The transmitter will search for the best channel & frequency to use and then it will transmit that to the receiver via infrared, ensuring the best signal every time.

-You can switch from Stereo to mono and have two different signals, one to each ear, with volume and balance controls on the body pack.

-Reliability and sound quality.

One point that has caused me minor issues with sound engineers is that the inputs all take 1/4" jacks not XLR, but it just means I carry LXR to jack cables, a small price, which seems to have been done to reduce the receiver unit size as it has 2 input and 2 pass through in/outputs.

All in all a great product, not the cheapest, but I have tried the cheaper units and have found them unusable.

Descent but not great
Antonios M. 04.09.2015
The first impression is that this one is not in the same league as the new digital transmitters such as the GLXD24.
It feels cheaper and it doesn't have that many features, for example how much battery there is left (the battery died at one of my gigs), or rechargeable battery.
The receiver is plastic and the antenna is thin and long-ish, so can get in the way if the unit is not placed properly.
Sound-wise it is descent but not superb. There is quite a bit of headroom but it feels that it lacks a bit of bass (I'm a bassist/backing vocalist) and very high end and there is a bit of hiss. However, the sound is pretty clear and consistent.
What I like in comparison to the newer line (GLXD24) is that it is fully racked. 2 units can be installed in one 1u space.
Overall, I'm not dissatisfied with this product but if I was to buy again I would choose something with better receiver design and battery features
