More than just a mic bag
I originally purchased this fine product with the intention of storing and protecting my precious SM58 microphone, and make no mistake, this bag excels at that task alone.
But it is sooo much more than just a carry pouch.
This bag is the pinnacle fine muso fashion accessories, meticulously crafted and just demands to be noticed. You can literally hears the gasps and oohs and ahh's from the audience as it's slowly teased out of my gig bag.
One look and you know they're resting easy as they realise they are in the presence of professionals and their nights entertainment is guaranteed.
If one pouch alone can yield so much power I am seriously considering buying a large batch of these and having a stage costume custom made to be debuted at Paris Fashion Week.

Basic carry pouch
Bought this for my shure 545sd as it doesn’t come with a pouch unlike the sm58 and the shure beta 57 that i bought previously.
Its nothing special, not padded etc, but keeps you mic clean and safe enough.

Very little by way of actual padding/protection, more of a dust cover
These are very basic little zip up pouches that offer very little protection for mics (and more specifically the mic grille) when thrown around
They're fine as a dust cover and probably if you're the only one handling your gear but for us (busy rehearsal space) we'd need more protection, so are now using small hard cases to avoid damage as sadly even the short trip from signing the mics out, to taking them into the practice room is apparently enough time for people to have dropped them multiple times (judging by the condition they used to come back in!)

Eine einfache Kunstleder Tasche
Eine einfache Kunstledertasche für Mikrofone. Kenne sie von dem SM58 / SM57. Habe mir dann ein weiteres Mikrofon gekauft das keine Tasche dabei hatte und da dachte ich mir ich nehme noch eine weitere von denn hier.
Es ist mehr zum aufbewahren und schon sicheren Transport geeignet. Viel padding hat es nicht, schützt aber vor Staub und Kratzer.
Riecht nicht sonderlich unangenehm, würde ich für den Preis sofort wieder kaufen.

Big enough for beaters
Really nice and plenty of space for 2 of my DW bass drum beaters, cymbal felts and drum key which is what i use it for. Only time will tell about quality.

Looks good.
Looks good, but it's not very thick, so it won't protect your microphone from shocks or hits. The zipper is not the best quality, gets stuck pretty often.
If you want a carry pouch for a dynamic mic, go ahead, get this. If you wand a more protective cover for a condenser mic, get something else.

Not going to protect the microphone, but serves great as a dust cover. Also you can ceep inside the clamp of the microphone, the screw for the stand and maybe a windscreen and not be afraid of losing them or not remember where you placed them.

Really Handy!
This is a great product to be able to buy independently of Shure Microphones. It is not available from many places I have used to supply me with equipment in the past and with Shure microphone particularly the Shure SM58 and Shure SM57 being so popular in my hire stock the case do end up looking a little worse for wear, the zips damaged or lost totally. They are a reasonable price so I would certainly consider replacing with genuine product rather than the more budget oriented unbranded mic cases I had used as spares in the past. Would love to see a similar product for the AKG range at some point?

What to say
A shure carry pouch that I've been using to carry non shure microphones and a DMX interface with a couple of cables. Will get more soon probably. It's ideal and good quality made.
