Incredible dac converter,you can mix your tracks directly on headphone thanks to the crossfeed parameter that allow you to improve the mono perception and to reduce the big stereo effect that every headphone have.

SPL Phonitor Series are high end headphone amps and DAC. But, you definetely need a quality hi-fi heaphones to experience the best. I use it with Denon AH-D9200 and very satisfied.

This device is expensive. this is a fact.
But this version of this device is a Phonitor + a high quality soundcard. It is going to change your mixing and mastering experience by providing you the necessary level of detail that you need to mix at pro level. It is really amazing to see how it pins point all the little flaws in your production so that you can remove them easily.
the alternative solution is to make a full sound isolation but it is going to cost you more.

I paired it with my HD600. It was a huge jump from iD14. I hear much more detailed now. The transient response is incredible. I'm afraid to lose my hearing because this thing can be super loud. I also like the crossfeed feature.

A very nice compact unit, build quality is superb. The Phonitor sound is here with the addition of a DAC, couldn't be happier. Smooth and powerful sound, exactly what was wanted. Excellent service by Thomann.
