It certainly helps to be able to change programs etc with one feet!
Although this for me is only a 'stop-gap' as I'll be investing in a decent dmx controller soon. I would certainly recommend this piece of kit if you're in a band and operating the lights at the same time as playing an instrument, just don't get the two confused as the lights may not produce that 'overdrive' or 'phase' effect you're after! :)
Seriously though, a sound bit of kit which does the job flicking through program scenes and sound to light. Go get one for your setup, you won't be disappointed. Better still, if you're in the market for lights and stands too, go for the bundle deal. Worth every centimo.

Excellent add-on for Stairville CLB2.4
Pros: metal box, big enough for all but clown shoes, superb value for money.
Cons: plastic tops to the foot switches, but they look solid enough. Control cable hard wired. Would have preferred a TRS socket, but hey . .
Works really well with the CLB2.4 lighting panel. Just the thing for live performance. An absolute bargain.
There is a rating for 'light output' even though this clearly has absolutely none, but the 'computer says no' rule applies and I want to give the board a 5 star rating overall.

Footloose!
I got this because a "Karen" spilled her pint all over my one.
lone behold i didn't really need one but its a great pedal just be careful of the lead it can get loose at times and of Karens of course. no offence Karens of the world! hehe

I have used these for a few gigs now and so far so good.
They really help create an atmosphere and I will probably buy another set in the near future.
They come equipped with 14 usable modes but I generally just use them on the sound activation setting. I also purchased the foot switch which makes the navigation through the modes a whole lot simpler. If buying a set of these I would also recommend that you buy the foot switch.
I don't think it is possible to buy anything better for the money.

Handy
Very handy for controlling my lights.
Quite intuitive for scrolling through modes/blackout, freeze functions etc.
I think it would make more sense to have the cable as a separate cable rather than being hardwired, i feel that it's not as sturdy as the switch itself.
The cable hasn't broken yet, but it seems like the weakest part of this switch.

Impressive light array.
Despite being a pro musician for 32 years, I had never invested in lights. They were always too bulky, and ran hotter than the sun, so I never was drawn to get some. Enter the new age of LED low power and cool temperature lights and I finally decided to take the plunge...
So far I have only done a brief test in the lounge to make sure that all is functioning correctly but I have to say that they seem pretty good. I haven't even attempted to access the many programs that lie within but I am sure that, over time, I will find exactly what I want from this rig.
Say goodbye to dingy pub corners and club stages. Hooray!

Great item!
I love it! I sing as a solo artist and this has Totally changed the way my back drop looks and even the feel of the songs as I can change the mood of a song with just a click on a foot switch. Love it !

Control at your foot
This is a great unit and allows the player to control the lights during a gig . I like to let it run through it's preset programs till I like a colour then I freeze it for a while and start it again. The light are really bright so I would like this pedel to have a dimmer. that's the only slight negative. Great value set

Band Lighting Solution !
I bought these for my Band... I did lots of research prior to the purchase and finally settled on the Stairville Bundle.
We used them for the first time a week or so ago and found them to be absolutely brilliant. Easy to use and easy to set up. They come in a carry bag too so the whole package is well thought out and does what it is supposed to do. I was spending the band's hard earned money so you can imagine the relief when they all waxed lyrical about the lights !! Just the ticket for bands who do pubs and small venues. I reckon two sets would be the perfect situation ! Highly reccommended !!
