What can I say. This is it, this is the delay you are looking for and so much more. Imho it's the best pedal that came out in the last 5 years. You won't be sorry adding this to your collection.

No bad things about this pedal, only extremely happy!
Pair it with the external foot switch and you are good to go.
You can go from subtle always on reverb up to endless orchestra pads and anything between.

The best pedal for solo guitarists
Just fantastic pedal.
Especially of you play live alone, its like you have a keyboard player with you.
It makes my acoustic guitar sounds like an orchestra, it makes the guitar much "softer" for the hands and very important, it helps and smooths your vocal as its much easier to sing when you have a strings in baground.
I play alone in restaurants and bars, and this pedal it gives a variety to my guitar sound, and can play more sofisticate.
Very important if you play live download the software called Nixie so you can change between some presets

mind blowing
This pedal exceeded all my expectations. Within 30' of playing, it replaced my previous reverb on my pedal board and I predict it will stay there for the foreseeable future. Speaking of pedalboards, I knew it was small (especially compared with other Strymon pedals) but not THAT small. It is really compact and absolutely pedalboard friendly.
But there's so much more than that. Its sound is astonishingly good. The notorious "ensemble" setting is very unique sounding and very musical. Not a simple octave reverb, not a shimmer effect, but something with a character of its own. Also, it can be used as a "simple" reverb, it can get really discreet but with maintaining its excellent quality and character. The Mod nob functions in a very musical way and adds more texture and uniqueness.
I play a lot of drone and dissonant music and Cloudburst paired with the mini-switch in "infinite" mode is a stunning tool.
Overall, it is one of those "what you pay is what you get" cases. On the expensive side of things, for sure, but worth every cent. Excellent on every level.
PS: Thomman outdid themselves in delivery speed. Literally just a few days to receive my parcel and I don't even live in Germany. Companies based where I live don't even deliver that fast.

Amazing sounds from a small device!
Was waiting several months for this device and it did not disappoint. The ensemble feature is really something. You just have to buy it and have endless hours of creative fun!

Head in the clouds
This unit is deceptively small. There is a lot packed into its controls. The reverbs are smooth and very useable, but we're here for the shimmer. The best shimmer I've heard from any effect. Use the tone to focus on highs or lows. Pink Floyd in a box.

Niche, but excellent ambient sound
If you need a versatile do it all reverb then this is not the one you are looking for. If you want a lovely ambient sound with spacious guitars then this is the best that money can get. Excellent sound and build quality.

Great sound, nice build
4 stars as it arrived with an issue for the birthday, but thanks Thomann replaced it.
Also, I don’t like this noticeable clicking sound when it is powering on, but Strymon support advise that it is expected behaviour of relay. Strange that my other pedals doesn’t have such clicking sound. All in all, I satisfied. Thanks Thomann
