Transparent and Useful Boundary Microphone
A surprisingly beautiful microphone, especially for the price. Have used on Piano, as a cluster mic for a string quartet, and as a general purpose overhead/room/boundary mic; I can only sing praise about its dynamic capacity and clarity of sound. The sound is transparent and uncoloured, even with the high-frequency curve in the frequency response at ~4kHz. The mini-XLR connector is a bit less robust than the Neutrik equivelents, but the cables are still rugged enough to withstand regualr use, and long enough to avoid needing an extension in most cirumstances. My only flaw is that there is no current way to mount these mics onto mic stands, however the 4 screw-lock holes in the back leave pleanty of mounting alternatives for permanant installation, and the rubber backing isolates very well from surface-conducted frequencies.
If you're considering a boundary microphone, the E303 or the E304 are heavily worth considering, depending on which polar pattern you need. The polar pattern is clearly marked on the back of the mic, with the approprate direction, however off-axis response is significantly better than suggested in the literature - possibly a negative if directional capture is desired.

Solid and clean and hot
It's a condenser and has the sound like one. It's hot and crisp. I suspect it may be the solution when other mics can't do the job. My gut tells me this may save my bacon the day I need to mic up an acoustic piano. Heavier than I expected, solid and good look. Careful, it can be a feedback machine. For experiment I slipped inside an acoustic guitar, laying under sound hole. The sound was quite good thus telling me the mic has potential. Supplied mini xlr terminates in standard xlr. It's a mic I have in the bag of tricks. Well worth the price.

Super
Very easy to use. I can say the sound is neutral and clear.

Boundary Mic for in ear monitors
Does exactly what I needed it for. This one is cardiod pattern. I point at the audience in order to get some of that in my monitors in my ears. Would recommend for recording as well, though I don't use it for that.
Solid , and strong, and more substantial than I expected. Non-slip bottom is nice too.
Cord is standard and long, but also replaceable if needed

Good combined with a Dynamic microphone
I was using it during long time for the kick drums in combination with a dynamic microphone (AKG D112), and the result is spectacular. It gives you just the perfect amount of mid and high frequencies to have a good definition of the kick drum. It is robust and well made. Good as spare microphone for a Beta91A.
Good value for the money!
