Tama HC43BWN Cymbal Boom Stand

This may be the Cheapest boom stand option from Tama but it is strong and steady with 16", 18" and 20" cymals on it. The quick cymbal release is a nice piece and it saves time not having to screw a nut, but it is made mainly of plastic and how durable it is remains to be seen. Overall I am happy with the purchase, and because I have Tama drums it makes sense to have Tama hardware

I was often buying my hardware used and I somehow missed how "innovative" things got in the last few years. Nothing groundbreaking, but the small things that make setting up much easier:
- Cymbal holding screw has the "quick release" option that you can press and it falls of immediately
- The main structure has two points of adjustment - so you can use one as "memory lock"
- The vertical element has "marks" that will help you memorize the perfect position.

Medium weight cymbal stand. Will be good for cymbals in size until 20 inches, with larger ones it might be unstable with extended boom arm. It has joints with "tooth" system, but these are enough small and makes the stand pretty adjustable. It has Tama QC8 Quick-Set cymbal clamp, which allows to set up and take off cymbals very quickly. Overal recommended product 4.5 out of 5!

Sturdy and light weight stand that can hold up to some serious playing. Can be straight or a boom stand. Good value for your money!

So I would say this product I've bought is so nice and the stability is very great, even tho the quality is very good "When it comes to Tama I would say/choose their hardware because they make best hardware's in my opinion!

10/10 for sure I really recommend this hardware for everyone!, I recently bought my 3rd one because Tama knows what they are doing because of the handling, stability and quality.

Super mid range stand; not too heavy, not too light, super durable, easy to use, attention to detail is good. Just works, you wont regret having this one.
