Twice I received this item and both times the hoop came out of the box in an oval shape making it fairly useless. Managed to get it back into shape by ironing it carefully. For the price, it’s unacceptable.

Note for the manufacturer: The warping issue is likely caused by the gap in your cardboard packaging sleeve.
