As described
They came just as described. The quality doesn't seem up high, but for the price it's just fine. I will plug them somewhere and forget about them, so I don't really care how well are they made because I won't plug and unplug weekly.

Improvement request
The adapter does excactly what is described, and it works as expected.
The RJ45 side has contacts for the shielding of the network cable, unfortunately it is not connected anywhere to the XLR side.
From the pictures, I had hoped for a connection.
