In the back of a rack of equipment it is good to be able to spot cables in the darkness. Red is good :-) This midi cable works well with grip on the plug and having a nice small length keeps patch connections tidy.

I use 2 of 0.3m ones in my keyboard rig, one to connect my top keyboard to MIDI merger and the other to connect the entire thing to my audio interface.

The length on both is just perfect, saves space in the hardcase and saves me the mess on very short range connections.

The quality of the cable is good, though the connector fell apart on one of them some time ago nad needed to be replaced.

The color choice is a nice addition if you want to add some personal touch as well.

Probably the most reliable and best quality of a cable for such a small price.
I bought a Vestax NEO08 which cost me £40 which stopped working on me after a month, I then came across this just to try it out and I have no bad opinion about this it worked exactly the same as (If not better than) the £40 Vestax NEO08 and the sssnake SK366-03-RED Midi is still lasting and no sound quality has been reduced. Definitely a great purchase you will not regret.

Short cables are great for reduced latency

I have bought 2 of this lengh and 2 shorter ones in black and red as I can keep the same colour code I use for midi in = red and midi out = black.

The quality is great for the price will buy again when I need more of them.

plugged it in, hooked it up, no issues from either end.

Just phenomenal cables. Good built quality, lasts forever (if you tread them normally). I love these colored midi cables, they make the whole live-setup and routing so much clearer. Best midi cables I could buy.

Not failed me after 5yrs but probably not robust enough for the gigging musician

These coloured midi leads are great.Iused to have all black midi leads connecting my gear which was a nightmare if you like to experiment with combining different machines.i used to have sticky labels on em so i could figure out what was what.But now that pain is over with these coloured leads,saves a lot of time.
