Good swab, works, nice little sleeve thing on the end
I got recommended this swab by thomann staff for cleaning my low whistle, and so far it's been doing its job fine
I think the bristles thingies could be a little denser and that would probably make it a tiny bit better, but it's fine, it works.
Also it's plastic, which I understand because microfibers and such, but still, I never really enjoy the thought of contributing to the amount of non degradable or recyclable plastic on the planet. At least it's not single use I guess
One thing I really do like however is the little sleeve thing where the weighed lace attaches to the swab, which is there so that you can clean head joints with it by using the weight as a pushing rod, but a chopstick does the job MUCH better

Versatile
While this of course definitely fits an alto flute, it's also the ideal size for a bunch of other instruments too. Highly recommend.
