On my DB I have an endpin of unknown origin (not an Ulsa) ending with an 8 millimeter thread. Tried this replacement rubber (metal thread inside) and it proved a perfect fit. The rubber seems soft enough to grip on most surfaces.
Especially with not so many choices around, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I have ordered few pieces of this replacement rubber for my 1/4 with original ulsa double bass endpin installed, it fits perfectly but not for those endpins from other brand
but it broke after one month of using, a big hole at the bottom and the rubber is no longer usable.
I have tried few of them and they all get the same problem
