Queste ance sono perfette per ottenere un sound jazzy utilizzando una imboccatura mediamente aperta (> 2 mm). Il suono è molto argentino ed alto, ottimo per pezzi tranquilli e rilassanti. La risposta dell'ancia è immediata, non c'è bisogno di un colpo di lingua secco, quindi va bene anche per principianti che si accostano allo strumento. La sconsiglio su imboccature più strette perché tende a chiudersi e non suonare. La durata non è elevatissima, diciamo circa un mese di suono utilizzandola per 2-3 ore al giorno, tutti i giorni. Assolutamente consigliata per chi ha l'animo jazz
