Worth the difference? YES.
So, my two new Vovox cables arrived today - 1 speaker cable, 1 instrument cable (item 195585).
Switching over from the Fender cables I had previously used, the difference was audibly obvious. Better sustain and articulation, more clarity in the middle and high frequencies, more solid, present bottom end (5 string, tuned to low B) and more of the character of the bass itself (Warwick Streamer).
Construction - solid, yet flexible. The jacks are reassuringly well-constructed, and they fit snugly into the sockets.
So far, I haven't had a chance to test durability; I will update this review if I need to add anything else.

Expensive, but well worth it.
It is like the title says, these cables are pricey but man are they good. Very reliable and very durable. Lifetime warranty applies! One of my earlier cables broke. Just contact Vovox, send the cable to them and they'll fix it for you without charge. Amazing cables!

Very good Quality!
I bought the Vovox in Dec. 2006 and I am using it nearly everyday. It is as good as on the first day. Very good quality. It is expensive but I like that it doesn´t change the sound coming from my guitar.

Yeah there is a difference.
If money was no object i would unquestionably use vovox cables for everything. I'm using this for my bass. The sonic difference is subtle, but unmistakeable. Plus who doesn't like handmade? The quality is obvious before even plugging it in.... Plus i used to suffer from occasional radio interference at home. Since using this cable it has gone. It could be coincidental....

Very pleased
After years of using normal Quality leads (Planet waves, Monster cables etc) I decided to up the ante and invest in Vovox leads.I´m very pleased with the resulting Sound Quality. My Bass sounds directer I have absolutely Nil issues with extraneous noise signals and my Music colleagues are very complimentary.The delivery was prompt full marks to Thomann.I can thoroughly recommend the Service and this product.

Top quality.
It can't get better than this regarding cables.
I'm slowly replacing all my cables for Vovox, as I say once and again, this is an investment, I just want to stop buying, trying to fix and ultimately throwing cables no matter how well I care for them and how famous is the brand selling them...
Yes, it is pricey, but you'll see how many people swear by them.
