Good, but..
Sound is a matter of taste. This little headphone amp is good for practice. I had higher expectations for the features it has but it turns out that no matter the brand (vox, fender etc) the quality of the sound is more or less the same. It amplifies the signal of your guitar, and depending of the headphones (high end headphones - the better) you will get a typical sound. Think about it. You want it only for practice, right? Anything else does the job. I use it every now and then, but not much as I expected I will use it. Please consider the reason you want it and how much you want to give for that reason. I hope I helped.

Vox Amplug 2 AC30
A good device for traveling. The turning plug mechanism makes it very comfortable to store, plus fits rather well on the guitar.
Te built in effects are very fun to fiddle with.
The negative is that it hisses with the earphones, which have low impedance, Earphones that are above 60ohms should do fine though.
Don't expect it to sound like a real amp, on the other hand I can't think of a better solution for traveling.
Overall I do recommend buying it, if you are in need of something very compact.
