Für mich als Anfänger (spiele seit ca. 1/2 Jahr Sax und seit über 15 Jahren Klavier) ist der Schwierigkeitsgrad angemessen. Einige Stücke kann ich locker "vom Blatt" spielen, andere bedürfen etwas Übung. Also genau richtig, um Spaß zu haben, aber trotzdem vorwärts zu kommen. Dafür sorgt auch die beiliegende CD, auf der sich jedes Stück jeweils einmal mit Sax-Stimme und einmal ohne befindet (mp3-Format). So macht auch alleine Spielen Spaß und man fühlt sich gleich viel besser :-)

Die im pdf-Format vorliegenden Klaviernoten sind sehr ausführlich. Die Tonarten sind allerdings so gewählt, dass die Stücke mit dem Sax ohne viele Vorzeichen zu spielen sind. Folglich sind die Klaviernoten mit etlichen Vorzeichen.

Auf der beiliegenden CD befindet sich außerdem ein Programm, mit dem sich das Übungstempo anpassen lässt, das ich allerdings noch nie verwendet habe.

Qualität sehr gut, Preis-Leistung super.

Schöne Arrangements, ein gutes Orchester, kurzum, eine schöne Zusammenstellung von Melodien. Gut für Einsteiger ist, dass zuerst die Melodie von einem Saxophonisten vor- bzw. mitgespielt wird; den zweiten Versuch macht man dann alleine.

Ich benötigte einen ,Motivationsschub‘ und da war das Songbuch genau das Richtige.
Unterschiedliche Melodien, unterschiedliche Schwirigkeitsniveaus - gut.
Super ist auch, bzw. sehr hilfreich, dass man die Melodien zum Üben per Download herunterladen kann.
Kann ich nur empfehlen.
