I ordered the Aquila Corde Concerto Regular Nylgut WH strings for my Kala Makala Dolphin CAR ukulele as I hear recommendations about changing the strings that came with the ukulele to Aquila Nylcut strings. I was too lazy to change the stringsat first, but when I did, the change in the tone was huge. The Aquila Nylgut strings sound very bright and keep well to tune.
Receiving the strings was a bit confusing though, as they weren't placed very secrely to the shipment and most of the strings in their individual clear plastic pouches had gotten out of the Aquila paper package into the huge box containing the ukulele and ukulele beginner's book I ordered at the same time, and the string pouches had been confusingly color coded only on the outside, leaving me to wonder which strings were the strings that escaped their color coded packaging. The fact that my package had two string packages with the same color and three with other colors was confusing as well. In the end I got the right strings changed but they could've definitely been packed more securely.

Good sounding Strings
You cant go wrong with Aquila strings for ukulele. Best so far for middle/high quality sound.Good quality-price ratio.

I'm not a demanding ukulele player and have been playing with budget options for years, but changing to these strings was absolutely a noticeable improvement.

Excellent bright tone, feel, quality and longevity
I use these strings on a good quality concert Ukulele. This will be my third set of these. I have tried a couple of other brands, but settled on these after trying a couple of other brands, both cheaper and good quality or should I say more expensive. I find these good value, especially from Thomann. They are colour coded for ease of fitting. I like their tone, which is very bright. I like the feel of them, the quality and longevity. I am now settled on these as my regular Ukulele strings. I hope this information assists.

I you play Uke, don't mess about with other strings.

Aquila Uke Strings - very good!
Aquila strings are highly regarded for ukelele. And rightly so in my option!
I'm not a serious uke player, mainly a guitarist. But for a very reasonable price you get really good strings from a very reputable manufacturer.
First class service from Thomann, as always, so what's not to like?
Very happy with these, and my ukelele sounds great - of course, do bear in mind, that nylon strings like this take some time to stretch and will need re-tuning over a period of time, until they settle down.

Amazing upgrade compared to regular nylon strings
They feel much better under the fingers than nylon strings and have way better tone. Can help make a cheaper ukulele sound much more expensive.
