You need this cable to connect your instrument to the audio-technica system 10 transmitter. One end has normal 1/4" jack and the other one a special connector. I do not understand why so many producer use special connectors. (And ervery one a different connector...). It's so unpractically and only increase the price.

All in all: Does what it is supposed, but to expensive for a intrument cable.

Das Kabel ist notwendig, um das System 10 mit einer Gitarre/Bass zu benutzen. Der 4 polige Hirose Stecker ist sehr gut zu benutzen. Allerdings ist der mechanische Schutz gegen Kabelbruch nicht gut. Die Abschirmung ist sehr dünn (dickeres Kabel würde auch nicht in den Stecker passen). Ich wechsle die Gitarren häufig und bewege damit auch das Kabel oft. Nach einem Jahr hatte ich einen Kabelbruch direkt am Hirose Stecker. Ich habe mir dann selbst zwei neue Kabel gelötet (das ist aber nur für Leute mit Erfahrung und dem passenden Werkzeug zu empfehlen).
Als Tipp empfehle ich, einen Schrumpfschlauch auf die Übergänge vom Stecker zum Kabel zu schieben. So lässt sich verhindern, dass das Kabel zu stark abgeknickt wird.
