I play now AW (722,721,701)reeds No3 on all my 3 Saxes (Ten, Alto,Sop) for years, under heavy conditions (like on a cruise boat, in the heat and altitude of India, Nepal, etc.)because they are really consistent and, of course - you got to work on some of them - but with some little tricks (pollishing the backside, using the Reed Geeg, etc.) I get everyone to play and 80 -90% sound really good! and they last quiet a while...

Ich hab die 722 das erste mal in Stärke 3 gekauft (normal spiel ich meistens 2,5 auf einem 10mfan Robusto 8*) und war total überrascht.
Im Flageoletbereich geht das 722 ziemlich gut zur Sache, d.h. die Töne kommen total sicher und klingen auch richtig fett. Kleiner Nachteil, in der unteren Lage wird?s dann schon etwas sportlich mit der oben beschriebenen Kombination. Da werd dann wohl zusätzlich mal Stärke 2,5 in Betracht ziehen.

Ces anches sont PARFAITE pour ceux qui cherchent des anches à son chaud ! La différence avec les vandorens V16 ou les Daddario woodwind select jazz est bluffante tant il attire le son dans la "chaleur".
En revanche je les trouves plus compliqué à jouer que ces dernières, le son "saute" par moment, et les graves demande un peu plus d'effort pour rester dans un son chaud. Et malheureusement, la qualité des anches est assez variables de l'une à l'autre contrairement au Daddario select jazz par exemple !

Bon globalement, surement avec du travaille, et du contrôle des anches, ces anches peuvent devenir vraiment bien !
