Made me doubt other microphones
first i will say, that this low cost dynamic sounds and feels way beyond its price point, which makes me wonder why his step brother (SM58?) cost 4 times as much?
in any case, It is durable and sturdy, sounds clear, rejects background noise better the expected, but handling or desk noise (mouse&keyboard) not so much , so either connect it to a floor stand with a boom arm , if you are planning to stream with it or anything.
I personally use it as a talk back mic, and for that it is amazing, and i have even recorded with it for a proper VO audition on the go.. and got the gig! :)
Its fairly low cost, well build, and good to have all rounder,

Solid Mic for Live Setting, can't beat the value for this price
Let's face it, there are many $20-30 mics out there these days that sound as good or better than an SM58. Most of it is preference and longevity. The frequency response of these 85A mics is just a bit bass-i-er than a standard 58, but all you need to do is hit the low cut button on your mixer, or dial down the bass knob and it is very difficult to tell the difference in a live setting. Good feedback rejection pattern for stage use. Excellent durability, and of course price.

I like Behringer BA 85A
I like Behringer BA 85A, its good daynamic microphone. I connect in Medeli AKX10. And play my music.

Great cheap mic!
You can't get a better mic for this price! There is some noise that comes from handling it and it doesn't do well with plosive sounds, but I use it with a mic stand and a pop filter, so these things are not problems for me. I use it for live singing and recording and so far it does it's job great!

Der Mikrofonklang ist sehr gut sogar besser als bei unserem alten AKG D880 und Technica MB3. Nur der Gummiring ist locker
