Fine for home use maybe...
It's in a good robust metal casing but that's where it ends.
Switches have no feedback to it, no solid click or anything. Expression pedals are even lower in quality, flimsy plasticy and so light that you move it with the lightest touch, so you cant really put your foot on it without changing what ever it controls. Quite often the expression pedals doesn't go from 0 to 127 but from 3 to 125 or something and then sometimes it does if you press it harder in the end.
Programming is not much of a problem, quite straight forward once you get your head around it. More modern boards come with USB connectivity and software, making it quicker to adjust.
It's cheap and helps you find out what you actually need.

To hard to program
I find that product so bad about the programming. I don't understand how to give information to the pedals. The product is huge and the wheight is really impossible to sustain for a midi pedalboard in my opinion

Disappointment
You don't expect a lot from Behringer but FCB1010 is a terrible product. First of all programming it is pain in the ass. You get into a road of YouTube and web tutorials, unofficial patches and so on, that seriously never ends. I eventually managed to set up a nice configuration but I had to install it on the FCB1010 every time I turned it on.
Now regarding the quality of construction: it is a heavy pedalboard but the foot pedals are a joke (toy quality).
Huge disappointment but since the alternatives are limited you really need to make it work if it is essential to your music.
