Cheap but fun
When reviewing a product like this, one has to keep the question in mind... "What did I expect for a pedal this cheap?"
It's overall good considering it is really bottom-of-the-barrel price wise. It sounds like what it is trying to be. It is also made of dirt cheap materials, and I could easily imagine it breaking by simply looking at it wrong.
It's in the lowest price range of pedals, I bought it just to get a different sound at home, so more or less as a toy. I don't need to say that if you're looking to use it for gigging, or anything involving regularly moving it, you should get something not made of cheap plastic.

good, but.....
this was good.....before you could buy similar, and much better built, pedals from Harley Benton! Check out their Extreme pedal, not just metal sound, but made of metal. Or their Drop Kick, really brilliant, for almost half the price of the Behringer!

It will work
I thought that this would be a nice cheap and easy way to get some distortion on my guitar.
One of the first things I noticed was that the knobs seem to be scraping against something when you turn them, you can hear and feel it.
It is a very aggressive sound which you'd expect from a Heavy Metal distortion, it works well for single coils, but on my humbucker it becomes difficult to dial in a tone.

great for beginners
amazing if looking to get started into pedals but all round not very good for much else.
