VERY GOOD
Really good, compact headphone amplifier. It has jack and XLR input and also one XLR output which is perfect for stages as you can use it as monitor and continue the line into the next one without any problem. I use it as in-ear monitor + metronome. Yes you can have 2 things in at once which is pretty cool for me. You also have jack and aux output for headphones. You can also change output signal to MONO or STEREO which help's me a lot with metronome because it has mono output. There is actually no bad things about this amplifier. It is very compact so you can store it anywhere you want. It a must-have for every drummer who hits the drums hard ;) .

Does what expected
It's a sturdy metal thing that does exactly what it's supposed to. And it does a good job too.
My only little complaint is that the bottom surface is lacking any rubber feet and the unit is a bit slippery. I solved it by buying adhesive rubber feet for 0.6$ and now it's purrfect

Great for pedalboards
I use this headphone amp on my pedalboard so i can practice around my house without having to drag my amp or my interface with me. It works like a charm but since the signal coming from the pedals is quite weak and i had some space available on my pedalboard, i put an old ART Tube MP that i had laying around between the pedals and the amp. Now my pedalboard sounds amazing by itself.
My signal chain is:
Bass > Zoom MS60B > EHX Deluxe Bass Big Muff > Booster/EQ > Boss DD3 > TC Electronic Hall Of Fame > ART Tube MP > Behringer MA400 > Beyerdynamic DT-770 PRO
(It's a weird set of pedals and a even weirder placement, but that's how i like it =D)

Cheap & durable
Use this for visitors in a home for the elderly. Visitor speaks in a mic and inhabitant listens through a closed headphone. Only device that allows this for this price. Decent sound quality but headphone amp isn't very strong.

Extremely useful
A great little headphone amp, with tons of useful features.
Highly recommended
This is my second one. (Not because there was anything wrong with the first, I just needed another). It's used in a small studio setting).
As others have mentioned, it doesn't really work all that well if you for instance plug your microphone directly into it, you need a preamp in between.

Expected more output
I didn't made any measurements but for example you have a set of Behringer drums as the XD80USB which have a low headphone output and are expecting this amp to use the monitor input connected to line outs in order to get a better level, forget about it. There is not enough gain. Output power is reasonable with sensitive headphones, I used German Maestro GMP8.35 Monitor.

Very small and useful stuff
You can mix a stereo and a mono signal with this box for your headphones.
The quality is fairly good, the sound as well.
Good thing that you can plug the monitor signal into the mic input (you should moderate the level to avoid distortion).
It can be useful for drummers, or for vocalists.
If you have phantom power on your mixer or audio interface, you can use condenser microphones as well although the equipment doesn't have own phantom power.
The only complaint is about the power because it won't be loud enough with headphones which have a high impedance.

A bit flimsy, but does the job
The build quality is a bit flimsy, but the sound is pretty good for the price.
