Behringer PMP4000
Quite an impressive powered mixer for the price. Sounds surprisingly good. Have been mixing a 6 piece band through this. FX are all very useable. Its not quite as loud as I would expect (given that its meant to be 800W) but, nevertheless has been ample for our requirements (rooms of up to 150 people). Had a problem with it about 4 months after purchase where a number of channels stopped working and/or their mute lights stopped working. I was in the middle of a tour so didn't have time to go through getting it fixed under warranty. An electrician friend of mine took it to bits in his front room and added some wires to the internal setup and its been working fine ever since. His professional opinion was that the unit wasn't made that well. He found some issues with some of the soldering and such. I do know of others who own the same model who have had no trouble with theirs so maybe its a quality control issue with the manufacturing or I was just unlucky. That being said, The unit now works great and I'm very happy with it.
