I really struggle with the plastic
I have two Behringer pedals and just wish they weren't made from that plastic. They feel incredibly cheap (which they are). The sound from both is great. They are part of a set of 9 pedals I use for utilising the individual outs from a drum machine. I use the Ultra Vibrato with a mono synth and it's great. A feel of quality is often important to me as an artist, as it enhances the artistic process and experience, however the most important factor is the sound.
Cons - Unfortunately the jack connector is loose with a 1/8th to 1/4 inch jack I'm using to connect the external outs from the drum machine, and the cable very easily pops out if touched lightly. The same cable has no problem with the TC electronic pedals I'm running other drum sounds through.

Its the housing, not the sound
Behringer pedals generally sound pretty good! Alot of them are directly inspired by great boss pedals and whatnot.
My only issue with them is the housing and how buttons and potmeters are soldered to the pcb instead of making them modular. These are a large part of what makes these pedals break.
This pedal in particular, I bought it to introduce a small detune to my guitar playing, but wasnt able to turn down the rate enough to get a desired effect. It was still too fast. Oh well.
These pedals deliver fine sound, but they just tend to break down when used as a pedal. When youre looking for that ethereal kind of sound, its often just out of reach of what you want. I can recommend if youre particularly careful. It sounds good and you dont expect too much it will work. This stompbox belongs on a table. Dont even try using these boxes with your foot. What it does, it does well.

It does what it says on the tin
It can sometimes be a bit too subtle even with the depth up full.
It does the Mac de Marco modulation thing pretty well.
But it's missing a bit of analogue pazzaz. It's a little too clean and a bit boring, not a lot of character to it.
Don't know if I'd recommend it tbh. Really it depends on what your looking for. I was looking for some nice modulation effects, I think I'll sell mine and try a behringer chorus instead.

The Behringer UV300 is a very cheap vibrato, that is often compared to the classic Boss VB-2 pedal. As the Boss is not produced any more, it got terribly expensive everywhere. Whereas the Behringer is the cheapest pedal I have ever bought. According to that my expectations were very low.
Unfortunately the pedal could not surprise me. The sound is not bad in general and comes close to the Boss (as far as I can judge from sound samples), but it is too noisy for me. No wonder, as it is made of plastic with no shielding.
Otherwise the features are pretty nice, so if you don't care about a bit noise you can get some really funny sounds on the cheap.
