Similarly, the Professional DesignMax DM2C-LP delivers rich, room-filling sound with impressive clarity, reproducing frequencies from 85Hz to 19kHz and offering a sensitivity of 84dB SPL. With their 180° conical dispersion angle, these ceiling speakers are ideal for installations near walls, ensuring balanced audio coverage throughout the space. The Bose Professional Control Space EX-440C adds functionality by displaying channel volume and network information on its front panel, and its power amplifier supplies 600W across two channels, which can be doubled when the I-Share outputs are enabled, allowing the combined current of both channels to deliver even greater performance.

Integration & efficient operation

This conference system is ideal for any company aiming to conduct professional team meetings with engaged and satisfied participants, allowing flexible connections via VoIP or landline telephone. Integration into a Dante network enables convenient control and monitoring of both the ceiling array microphone and the audio processor through an open media control protocol (API), while the Sennheiser Control Cockpit software provides easy configuration for the ceiling array microphones. Settings for the audio processor can be adjusted directly on the device or via drag-and-drop using the Bose ControlSpace Designer software on a connected computer, allowing seamless and flexible operation. Each of the two channels of the power amplifier can be operated at a load of 4 ohms, 8 ohms, 70V, or 100V, thanks to their setting options via the DIP switches. With this adaptability, the bundle can be perfectly tailored to any conference environment, ensuring optimal performance and a smooth meeting experience.

Quick, easy and convenient installation

While the ceiling array microphone is positioned at the centre of the room, the four ceiling speakers are placed near to where the ceiling meets the wall, a setup made simple by the spring-loaded mounting arms that allow for quick and effortless installation. The four rails are secured to the central frame using the provided screws, with the correct attachment points clearly indicated by the A and B labels. The rail length should then be adjusted to rest firmly on the ceiling grid or panelling, with spacings between distances between 56 and 66cm supported. For a proper and stable installation, the SL CM FB ceiling mounting frame and the SL CM SK ceiling suspension set for the Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 are also required. Both the audio processor and the power amplifier can be neatly and conveniently housed in a 19" rack, ensuring a clean and professional setup.
