Boss Katana Go Headphone Amp

I had it for 24 hours and gave it back. The menus are nice, the "idea" is rather cool, and you can do a whole lot of things with this little gadget...but... I tried it with a fender Precision bass, a Fender Jazz Bass (both passive), and it's really hard to not make it clip. even with the Gain at 0 it just saturates, the more the gain the more horrible the saturation. Very hard to get a clean sound, and I wonder how is it possible considering there is a dedicated "bass mode".
I see many people love it, maybe I got a bad one or I am a super-heavy player, but definitely not for me and wouldn't recommend it.
