Gift for a friend, perfect, this is Bruno Tilz quality for you!

The whole series of Bruno Tilz E.Schmid is literally amazing, I use nr. 11 and 11,5 which I really like. This one was for a friend who now doesn't want to play on anything else!! Really nice easy responce within all registers, with eveness in sound in all tone colors, also really helps with short Mozart-like articulation. Comfortable rim which can help a lot during heavy concert days. Ideal for Alex horns.

Tilz Waldhorn E.Schmid 9

Das Waldhorn Mundstück von Bruno Tilz Modell E.Schmid 9 ist in sehr gutes Waldhorn Mundstück mit Klasse vollem Sound (es ist das Mundstück mit dem tiefsten Kelch von denen mit 17,5mm Innendurchmesser).

In der neuen Ausführung mit größerer Bohrung von nun 4,5mm erfordert es allerdings viel Tonkontrolle, sowie Luft um lange Passagen ohne Atmen spielen zu können.
Den Rand empfinde ich als sehr angenehm. Ton Bindungen mit der entsprechenden Lippen Kontrolle sind gut Kontollierbar.

Mir persönlich hat die 'alte' Version dieses Mundstücks mit 4,2mm Bohrung besser zu gesagt.
Daher habe ich mich für das E.Schmid 85 entschieden mit leicht flacherem Kessel und 4,3mm Bohrung.

Ich bin von einem anderen Mundstück umgestiegen, um u.a. den Klang zu verbessern. Diese Mundstück macht einen "runderen" Ton auch auf dem B-Horn. Ich bin zufrieden.
