A new standard
Works well in a 1X10 combo (someone repots it lacks some bass, but I play guitar....I don't need too much low frequancies) and does fit (!) many small cabs. Also it works well in a 2X10 with a similar sensitivity (95dB) speaker.
A flat speaker with no 'spike' in the middle frequency (as the G10 Vintage); pretty bright and linear in all the spectrum.
As his bigger cousin the VT-Junior is a nice, all around, speaker for clean tones as well as for distorted ones.
Pretty standard and OEM in many modern amps.
Recommended? Why not!

in my opinion, this speaker is the best value for the money in category of 10" guitar speakers, very good "all-rounder" for home/small studio use. I wouldn't go below 10" size, because 8" size guitar speakers can not provide sound that is "big" and good enough. on the other hand, 12" is to big for home use.
VT-junior speaker sound similar to his big brother V-Type, not exactly the same, but close enough.
