Nachdem ich Ibanez HW, Halycon, Jam Pedals, Antique 2 ausprobiert habe, bin ich zufrieden beim Antique 3 gelandet. Gründe waren dass, man den Grad der Verzerrung auf fast 0 einstellen kann und somit einen recht guten Amp booster hinbekommt. Der Klang „echter“ und etwas „frischer“ daherkommt, als die oben genannten Alternativen. Der comp Schalter den Klang flexibel macht in dem er „offener“ wird . Das Pedal den Grundsound des Amps nicht verändert. ( Fender, Vicrory, Friedman, supro).
Die Optik und die Verarbeitung Multo bene sind ;) Es ist aber hörbar ein Tubescreamer, wer das mag sollte das Teil mal anspielen.
Der Bass am Amp wird beim einschalten des Antiques 3 etwas ausgedünnt, was im Studio aber eher von Vorteil ist….keeper

Auf diversen Youtube Videos klingt das Pedal äußerst vielversprechend.
Ich bekomme diesen Sound in Verbindung mit dem Roland Blues Cube aber leider nicht hin. Das liegt aber wohl nicht am Pedal, sondern am Amp.
Schade.
Die Suche nach einem guten Boost Pedal für Sounds im Stile von John Mayer und SRV geht weiter.
