Unreliable strings - Disappointed
I thought switching from Elixir to these D'addario won't be a bad choice, but I was very wrong.
The strings changed their colour in few days, turned rusty in two weeks, and immediately upon setup, the tone of my acoustic guitars disappeared. One of them even sounded so bad like a cheap 50€ acoustic. There is a reason apparently why some strings are 15€ vs 5-7€.
I don't understand why the rest give high scores, maybe my standards and expectations are quite high... anyway the last tryout with D'addario will be their NYXL model, and probably that would be it.
