rip your fingers off for music
the strings replaced my old 10-46 set.
The difference is of course huge, both in sound and in sensations.
I will not talk about which ones are better, because they are different. It is better to tell about your feelings, and there are enough of them.
I'll start with the most obvious and this is that after the first two days of the game, your fingers just fall off. The game has become quite tough, but I think I can overcome it, because the sound that comes out in the end is just Bombay.
In short, if you want to be tougher, put 11 strings. And even on your Telecaster, I chose them with the expectation that I will play in open G. I Think for this system the strings will be perfect.
Cons, they are purely subjective, for me they are not, but perhaps someone these strings will be too thick. Again, this choice should be with a clear understanding of what you want in the end.
I am 100% satisfied with the purchase. The quality is excellent. And the price tag for conducting such experiments is not too high.
Thanks to tomann for the low price, this makes it more affordable.

Very Nice
Perhaps like you reading this review, you are skeptical as to whether spending more on NYXL strings will give you 'more' than a standard set of XL's. My answer is yet. These are a great pack of strings. They offer a similar sound to the XL's admittedly as my guitar still sounds like a guitar.
BUT. The major difference I noticed was lifespan. I gig regularly and rehearse equally as much as these things do not dull, lose their high end or lose their ability to stay in tune. Furthermore, from putting them on a guitar new, they seem to settle down and stabilise very quickly.
I have them on my main 'go-to' guitar and couldn't be happier.

Amazing durability
I was apprehensive at first due to the price, but started to read all the reviews on how these strings never break. They were right. If you have a heavy right hand like me & tend to beat your strings to death, I highly recommend these! I've been faithful to D'addario for years, and these new strings are amazing!

Unbelievably good
Been playing Ernie ball for quite some time in all my guitars but in my Jaguar I haven't been very happy with the sound.
Tried the Paradigm, Cobalt and of course the usual slinky's but they all sounded darker than I wanted and with low output (except Cobalt).
Decided to give a try to D'Addario, so I bought a pack of the XL and another of NYXL, and this last ones have given me the sound and feel I was expecting from my Jaguar. Very high output, sharp, great sustain and brighter than all the Ernie Ball strings I've tried.
I will only be buying this one's for the Jag from now onwards.

Long-lasting, tune-holding, crisp strings
Had these on my electric for 4/5 months now and they play beautifully. You can bend and manipulate the strings without worrying too much about them going out of tune. The longevity of the strings is also extremely impressive, would recommend these to anyone.

Great strings. Durable and long lasting with no sacrifice of tone.
I tried these strings as I found the ones I was using before tended to break easily due to my use of a kahler tremolo. These strings hold up excellently to the high stress at the ball-end and haven't broken nor has the feel or sound deteriorated over the time they've been on the guitar. They are relatively expensive however i will be sticking to them from now on as they are superior to any other brand and type of strings I have played so far.
