Tip: Apply it on a clean cloth, and then to your strings, if you don't want the top of the bottle to get dirty from the rust.

The most useful thing for flat wound strings
I use it for D'addario Chrome on my telecster and Tokai guitar, and this stuff works great as a lubricant and cleaner at the same time. After applying it with a cloth the playing besomes so easy and effortless! Highly recommended for flat wounds!

I like it, I use it …
every few days. Kind of a great feeling to see how much crud comes off even if I play with freshly washed hands. So the cleaning part of the product seems to work well. I can’t objectively say how well the product protects the strings but subjectively I have the feeling that I can go longer without changing them. I also feel that the strings stay fresher for longer. Looks like the bottle is going to last a good long time. Based on this I think Formula65 is worth it. BTW I use uncoated strings.

The best string cleaner out there
Everybody goes crazy with Fast fret.
Well, I believe the Dunlop String cleaner is way ahead. Cleans the strings, the head sponge has great durability and this product lasts quite some time even if you clean your strings every day.

Use it also as a finger lubricant!
Apart from its cleaning properties, it is an excellent finger lubricant. Before starting to play, apply a small amount on your finger edges and you'll find your playing a lot effortless and easy.

Bright strings for ever
i have used this cleaner for quite time now and i must say that it is very effective. It gives to your old rusty strings a newlife (of course it's better to not let your string get rusty).
BTW it's important to know that the liquid inside is applied by a little brushy sponge installed on top of the bottle. This sponge requires some energic shake to get wet by the fluid so don't think that is broken only because you are not getting it wet easily.
There is only one cons in my opinion, after the use it's important to dry the sponge with a little paper towel because otherwise you will find that the liquid will drip from there onto the body of the bottle. Not a great problem of course.

It does what it says
In my opinion, this is the best string cleaner formula. It enhances the sound of the strings and it cleans them very good.
