Perfect size for speed and precision
On my journey to find the best pick for my personal preferences I've gone from bigger picks (Dunlop Tortex) to the Tortex Jazz III XL, before discovering the original Jazz III's for myself.
It did take me some time to fall in love with the Jazz III's, but I can't go back anymore.
The thickness is nice and their texture allows for a good grip, while not being "glued" between your fingers, so you have all the flexibility you could ask for.
They also have the perfect size so that I can always hit the strings I want, and the small nature of them makes it easier to play faster than with "normal" size picks.
Definitely give these a try, if you have not already.

Still the best
Still the best, despite retrying all others and many expensive boutiques such as gravity, gravity gold, piglet, wegen, blue chip (€35 for one!) and dava et al... they only last 2 to 3 days for me before becoming a bit worn. I love em when I’ve just freshly bevelled them... so fast and loud! Excellent JD!

I don't want to play with something else
Played with lots of plectrums through the years. But these ones are the best, rarely dropped one while playing even after a long show or sweaty hands. Nice grip, really durable I use them longer than other pics.

The amazing legendary Jazz III, almost can't go wrong with this pick!
If you're going for precision in your picking and sound, look no further than this pick. They're the favourite of legends like Joe Bonamassa and Eric Johnson, and it's no wonder. I've yet to find another pick that will give you such potential for precision in your picking!
Regarding tone, these picks are again very 'precise'. With practice with this pick, the notes can come out amazingly well and level, almost as if they are compressed! And you can pick as hard as you want, and the pick will stay true and reliable.
The one downfall with these picks, as is the case with all small 'jazz' picks, is the size! They are small so it takes a lot of getting used to to grip them in a comfortable way. If you're not careful they can slip out of your hand!
Because of the shape and hardness of these picks, they last for ages!

Tried them once, don’t really use anything else anymore. The picks give a good grip and I’ve rarely dropped them even with sweaty hands. They are also extremely durable. Small sized, but after using these for a while the normal sized picks feel big and clumsy. The thickness might be a bit too much for strumming acoustic guitar.

Dunlop jazz iii
These guys are an acquired taste , when you start using them they can feel too small , the feedback form the string felt different to me.But as you persist with them they seem to make me more accurate and switching back to larger picks feel awkward, like using a sledgehammer to crack a walnut. I use them for everything , both acoustic and electric except (of course) fingerpicking. They just feel right.
You could also try the John Petrucci signature version of these which is more pointed which I find even better. Don't try them if you have a big stock of your current pick as you'll never get to use them , as you'll change to iii's ;)

Perfect for details!
It's a perfect plectrum for those who practice on every detail. For those who cheat with fast solos it maybe isn't right. But those who want to have control over their guitar playing in every detail it's perfect. If you play very hard on the strings all the time with fast solo playing, you maybe need a lot of these. But if you are a normal fast guitar player they last very long. I use maybe 4 each year before I need to buy new ones. This is my choice of plectrum for life.
