Good I guess?
Well I can provide a comparison at least since I was previously using max grip of Dunlop. Grip is good and doesn't hurt your skin like max grip does.
Smaller than max grip which kind of improved sting changing speed.
I like it. :D

Dunlop Jazz plectrums III XL red 6p review
is a palette that allows greater speed, but as the name implies, is a good pick for jazz too. I play that style and with a good tone with her. It has good durability, is tough and with good control

A bit softer the black stiffo nylon is better in my opinion

They last forever
I have a box with something around 50 plecs from different manufacturers, thikness and size in it.
These have turned out to be one of my favorites.
They sound good and seem to last forever.
Could be a little bigger for my hands. Although they are XL they are a little smaller than the average plecs.

Very good
These are very very good picks, very durable.
The only cons (for me) are that they are a bit small in my fingers and the picking edge is not as smooth as I would like

Good for precision picking and a better size than the regular tiny jazz III. Usually very durable and good quality picks but once there was a couple of faulty shaped ones in a bag of 10 picks. Grip could be better.
