One of the best!
Big, very big, yes. Still plays smoothly even on rather thin strings. Use Dunlop 308 at all string sizes from 09-42 to 12-50 Flat Wound. The heights are a bit subdued, the sound overall full, round, balanced. Some would say jazz, but that would not be enough. Makes a good impression in the rock context as well. Plus: lies well in the hand and is also ideal for fast playing. The surface is initially slightly rough (very pleasant, good grip), becomes completely smooth over time (still comfortable). Overall, lasts a long time.

Great pick for every application
I bought this pick just to test it out against the Jazz III XLs I used and I haven't looked back since. Although the name has "jazz" in it, this pick is also great for speed picking and shredding and I'm definitely NOT a jazz player. The material is also pleasant, the grip is nice and its size allows to dig into guitar strings with ease. Would recommend these to everyone!

Excellent picks. My only issue was that the tip of one pick was faulty. It was "smoothened out" to the point that it was very round compared to the rest of them.

Excellent pick!
I'm using it for jazzy bluesy kind of style.
For string gauges from 10's up to 12's, what I use, never had better picks. Very well in balance. Enough bottom, enough highs, clear mids ... all there.
No cons for me.

Now this is the ultimate jazz pick
Very sweet and mellow sound, perfect if you like your jazz tones darker and not so bright :)
The grip cuold be better, tends to slip if you get sweaty.

My favourite pick for jazz
My guitar teacher gave me one of these picks and after some months of only using that pick i became my favourite one. The sound is perfect for jazz and you can really have a really big range of dynamics. The grip is the only bad part of this product but i think it may be just because i sweat a lot

Perfect picks
I feel like I'm not holding anything when playing with these, they fit in my hand perfectly and last very long compared to classic Tortex picks.

This is a lesser-known and harder to find model, which makes it even cooler. The newer Andy James signature and Flow models are based on it, but why not get the original? The material is sturdier, better sounding and provides better grip. All the Flow picks are made of a shiny translucent plastic, that doesn't get rid of the "clicky" string attack sound. The 208 EXL is just better.
