These picks are too soft for 1mm.
I always chose dunlop with a thickness of 1 mm and expected such sensations from these picks, but I was disappointed in them. Too soft for metal playing. Maybe it's because of the material, but I have picks from the motorhead collection of the same thickness that look almost the same and have the same thickness and everything is fine with them.
If you are used to using 1mm picks then don't buy these, these feel like 0.8mm

Simple plectrums of decent/okay quality that will last for a little while. Like the concept of the Max Grip although for some reason it started to hurt my index finger after playing for a bit (guess I have sensitive fingers). They are okay for the price.

Stays in your hand but not perfect
The dimpled surface of these picks means they stay firmly in place between your fingers compared to ones with a smooth surface that can slip off during energetic strumming.
However I find that the dimples sometimes catch on the strings when you play, obstructing your strumming. Maybe it's my technique but I find it rather annoying.

Softer than other 1mm
I usually play Tortex flex and Ultex 1 mm. They are solid and hard, unfortunately although these picks have a grip, the material is too soft, and the mediator bends when playing.
