Fell in love with the Dunlop Jazz III XL pick for the shape and size. I have been tweaking the thickness ever since, however the Tortex and Ultex material suit my sweaty fingers.
Ended up buying Jazz 3 XL in yellow 1,38 mm thick Ultex and found out it is a bit thick even for Metal shredding. It keeps you fast and responsive in articulation, allowing you altogether to have a faster and heavier attack on the strings.
I will also try out the Dunlop Tortex Flex Jazz III XL 1.00, however I am very happy with these 3 XL's, even though they are expensive... Excellent picks!

Nice picks for those who the normal jazz is too small. Though I prefer the normal jazz picks

Awesome pick, wish it was a different colour!

Love this style of plectrum, the Jazz III XL is a very comfortable size and shape for me for playing a variety of styles (Blues to Metal and all between).
The Ultex material has a much better grip than the usual III XL and means they tend to slip out of hand much less than the regular version. Unfortunately the near see-through colour has led me to losing more than a handful on various floors, never to be seen again! This would be the perfect pick if it were a different colour.

Good picks

These are durable and woth a good grip. I use them mostly with my acoustic. Compared to the classic red ones the sound is a bit deeper, with not so crisp attack which I don't like on the electric guitar unless I play jazz. For everything else I stick with the red one on the electric. Works well with smaller acoustics, makes them sound fuller.
