Tortex Sharp
I?ve been using this plectrums for years, so that must be a good enough compliment.
The only "complaint" is that the "sharp" bit goes unsharp in about 8 hours of playing bass.
I wish as well that they had some sort of griping surface on them, what I usually do is razor them on the thumb part.

Love them, I just wish they'd last longer and/or have an ultex option with more grip
