they're very light!
I found these picks very VERY light. I think they're too light to get a good tone out of the strings. As well as the sound of the chords you also get this papery sound of the pick bending against the strings. Maybe some people like this and maybe they're good for beginners but I wouldn't buy them again!

Good quality plectrums.
I use these for acoustic playing and I find them very satisfactory.

the material has a better grip than others, they wear out fairly easily but l like the sound of it and they don't slip.

When in doubt for picks. Go for Dunlop!

Good picks
These are good picks, easy to hold and not slippy with sweaty hands. But they are a little brittle. Many of mine have snapped in two.
