Excellent picks, some of the best I've played with. Traditional approach, no special grips or anything, plain and simple. If you're looking for a pick for strumming, go lighter, for jazz go thicker, pop/rock/blues stuff, this could become your pick.

The first pick i can actually use
I played without a pick for the past 15 years no matter what but I finally found a pick that suits me in terms of grip, size, shape and thickness and looks appealing to me.
