I always wanted to try this head, and this is what i got:
Nice and warm sound, perfect tune.

The coated ring gives exactly what you need about unwanted overtones.

The only thing to keep in mind is that it's single ply, so for hard hitter like myself, this could be a little problem.

Absolutely a very good head!

Ordered a few of these heads from Thomann to replace old
PDP heads on a PDP kit - and was not disappointed. Sound and quality are overall very good and pretty keenly priced.
Very pleasantly surprised - certainly worth a go.

Die Felle von DW Drums zeichnen sich durch die aufgebrachten Dämpfungsringe aus. Kein unschönes Abkleben notwendig.
Im Zusammenspiel mit DW-Toms eine optimale Kombination, da der natürliche Sound des Toms voll zur Geltung kommt.
