Doesn't work with high gain
I read some reviews from the internet and decided to buy this quite cheap booster. It certainly wasn't as good as I hoped. Although this can massively boost your clean channel, if you're gonna play some high gain music - skip this product.
I have a Blackstar HT Stage 100, and when I use this with my overdrive 2 channel, all my highs are lost somewhere. My sound gets very "thumpy" and "boomy" and this certainly doesn't inspire anyone to play solos.
What are the good sides then? We'll this doesn't produce any noticeable noise or hum, the pedal is quite simple and it works for lower gain applications such as blues or jazz quite well. But again - if you play metal, don't buy this.
The price isn't bad either.
