Great Quality, Great Sound!
EHX have released this chorus as a smaller version of the famous ?Small Clone? pedal. I believe it is identical sounding in every way and is great for those with limited pedal space and players wanting to power it from a daisy chain AC supply. The quality of the pedal is great, much like every other EHX pedal, with strong construction and parts built to withstand long term use.
When comparing with other Boss chorus pedals I have used in the past, I much prefer the sound of this unit, which can go from a subtle soft chorus to a nice thick chorus, all the way to crazy modulated chorus sounds when using the depth switch. The unit reacts very well to picking dynamics, and suits both a single coil equipped guitar and hum buckers for a thicker sound.
For both recording and live situations this pedal works well, and the sound translates nicely at a loud volume which is not the case for other chorus pedals I have used.
I would definitely recommend as a budget chorus pedal for many different styles!

Classic Chorus tones
This is a smaller version (in terms of footprint not functionality) of the Small Clone Chorus made famous by, amognst other, Kurt Cobain. Chorus pedals are often associated with 80s music and I can see why as you can dial in some classic tones but if you don't want to plant yourself in that era then, even with just a depth switch and a rate dial, you can get a variety of sounds. I really like what I can get out of this pedal and am very pleased with it. In terms of build etc it is Electroharmonix so built like a (small) tank and there aren't a load of complicated settings. If you want a chaorus pedal then this is a very good choice.

Almost perfect!
Rigid, robust, durable and small, like all the EH pedals from this series. I am just a bit dissapointed about the sound. It does the chorus job as promised, but I miss "that special sound" I get on other EH pedals. Still it is good, does the job and is useful in my set, and I would not give it back.

It is a great analog chorus in a reasonable price, recomended.
I have in my board for some time now it is a great sounding pedal with very warm tone, although it has only two features in front it can go to some very intresting places by twisting the knob and flipping the switch.
The constuction is solid.
The only problem i have is that every first time i activate the pedal it makes a "paf" sound coming from my speakers, so i switch on and off a couple of times before i open my amp and problem solved.

Hands down my new favourite pedal.
It's a classic for a reason. It has everything the Small Clone has, it's just smaller. I wanted a diverse chorus pedal, for shimmering tones but with the ability to get whacky when needed. I'm slightly scared of my foot snapping the metal switcher, so I just taped over that to avoid kicking it. Otherwise, it's beautiful and sounds fantastic!

Nice chorus
The chorus is really nice, if you like the sound. Can get really deep with a little sea sick sounds :)

Electro Harmonix Neo Clone
I actually bought this pedal just to try something new, i've never used a chorus before but after buying this its in my rig and staying there.
Like all the nano range by EH they are very study and easy to use, all in a little box. the simple one knob and depth switch make it flexible but easy to change.
At one end of the scale you have a nice effect to add to a clean channel to thicken it up a little but, and then at the other end of the scale is a weird almost Korn sounding tone, its so weird, i've not heard anything like that before.
As far as chorus go i've found one on my gsp pre-amp that i like more on the clean channel, but this one is great for the strange, creepy sounds.
Its worth a try defiantly.

great pedal
EHX is a good factory. The neo clone is great for adding a discrete chorus to your chain. No noise at all, and no tone loss when bypassed. Obviously it is a matter of personal preference but in my opinion it sounds awkward in the extreme of the buttons. It seems also that once engaged it adds a bit of contour to the highs and a mids so it clears them out in the mix.

best price - chorus pedal
It is quite light, well built and with a precise sound, has two modes of chorus, is perfect for those who do not like big inventions, super simple to use and with a sound serious and simple chorus. I like it, and I advise to everyone who needs pedal that has a good hot and severe chorus.
